Terms and Conditions of Booking
  • The room booking is confirmed once payment has been made. 
  • If payment is not made 7 days prior to booking, your booking will automatically be cancelled. 
  • Payment for the room hire must be made prior to attending your booking, the date of payment will be stated on the invoice. 
  • Cancellations made 7 working days, or more, before the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund. 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the booking date. 
  • A record of attendees must be kept for Fire Evacuation purposes. 
  • Please leave the room in the same clean and orderly condition as you found it. 
  • Please report any damages which may occur during the period of use. 
  • CVS are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the booking. 
  • Please ensure that people attending their session are aware not to attend if they have COVID symptoms or live with anyone with symptoms. 
  • CVS reserves the right to cancel any booking if they feel that there is a risk to others using the building.
